A Structured Pathway to Quality Employment and Enterprise
The IEE Pathways Programme is a structured, phased intervention designed to empower young people with market-relevant skills and decision-making tools. The overarching goal is to support you to achieve improved livelihood via decent employment or sustainable enterprise building on a combination of foundational skills, practical exposure, and mentoring.
Phase 1: Foundational Skills & Re-orientation
A general wide course equipping all participants with the baseline tools needed before branching into specialized tracks.
Phase 2
Employment Track
Employment Readiness, Work Exposure & Employer Linkages. Tailored for individuals seeking to enter or advance within formal employment.
Phase 2
Enterprise Track
Enterprise Setup, Formalisation & Growth Readiness. Designed for early-stage business owners looking to scale their commercial ventures.
